"The detail and resolution is still there with the Goldmund mat, however the sound is just not as clear, open, or transparent as the Pure Copper mat. These small differences are very much system dependent, as well as preferences by the listener. Through my system and my ears, I prefer the greater clarity, and greater soundstage capabilities of the Pure Copper Mat. To me, I find that the music sounds closer to real-live music playing in front of me."
