To initiate Artisan Fidelity model design and sales consultation please contact us directly.  Owners and clients of existing turntables may send stock units directly to our facilities for restoration and any necessary servicing including restoration.  In the event a base unit is required, a suitable base model will be procured.  Hand crafting, restoring and re engineering world class analog playback devices takes patience and in certain cases forces beyond our control may result in extended project completion periods.  16 - 24 week build times from start to finish is typical and in certain cases a fabrication make demand our attention for up to 6 months with unique designs and custom work orders occasionally requiring even additional time.  Due to the unique and custom nature of our work, all project sales are final.
